Unlock Luxury In Essa Construction’s Holland Park ‘Montana’ Property
All Style + Advice

‘Montana’ is a stunning 6-bed, 3-bath family home located in Holland Park; a recently finalised custom home built by Essa Constructions. On 617 square meters of land, blanketed by greenspace in Glindemann Park, this home gives a feeling of serenity and solitude despite its ideal location in the heart of Holland Park.

For 10 years, Essa has been creating custom homes in and around Brisbane City – utilising expert collaborations to bring the best out of their designs. Bringing Janelle Mead’s eye into the build to design the spaces has infused the home with a warmth that is quintessentially her own. This partnership was a brilliant choice, with expansive areas left feeling homely and welcoming thanks to her unique styling. With strokes of honey-coloured oak and spots of gold running through the build, there is a definitive sense of harmony between each space.

Chef’s Kitchen:

Landing in an open plan downstairs space that connects living to dining to cooking, we first enter the chef’s dream kitchen – with a stunning white marble splashback, dual wall ovens and a expertly-concealed butler’s pantry.

Family Living:

We’re pulled through the simplified dining space by the playful intermingling of soft and rigid textures in the downstairs lounge area. Between chevron Oak flooring and coffered ceilings, we’re enveloped in the soft creams and copper tones that bring with them gentle definition.

Luxury Suites:

Venturing upstairs we find gorgeous bedroom spaces with ceiling to floor windows that let in that natural light, transforming them into stunning, Sunday morning suites. The master features a 5 x 2.3 metre walk in dressing area that walks us into a luxurious ensuite.

Blissful Baths:

The bathrooms throughout Montana are a standout – combining a modern shiplap wall with large terrazzo-style tiles and beautiful gold finishings. The use of our Casablanca white gloss tiles accentuates the natural lighting that floods these spaces and brings attention to all the detail Mead has incorporated into styling.

All three bathroom designs maximise the space available by using glass-front showers and open layouts that draw us further into each room.

Poolside Retreat:

Spanning some 50 square meters into the expansive yard, we walk out into the alfresco area – perfect for entertaining or unwinding. Atop tundra grey tiles for a carved-out of earth feel, we find a comfortable and stylish space that will keep cool through those long summer months.
