At The Tile Collective, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
TERMS
Tile Ezy Pty Ltd is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or over-order. Please ensure you carefully measure and select your products before completing your purchase.
Returns will be accepted for:
- Damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Faulty goods covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Goods incorrectly supplied by The Tile Collective.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date or agreed collection date.
- A minimum quantity of 5 boxes is required for a return.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns and refunds, excluding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Special order products are not eligible for return or refund.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a sellable condition.
- If the product or packaging is damaged, Tile Ezy Pty Ltd reserves the right to void any return or refund.
The following items are strictly non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Custom-made products
- Special-order in items
- Discontinued lines
- Clearance items
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed, from the date the goods are received and inspected.
- All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, and the Customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the return is due to a fault or error by The Tile Collective.
