We offer fast, reliable delivery across Australia, with rates starting from just $49. If your items are in stock, we’ll dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment. An additional 3-5 days lead time applies for order-in items.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your suburb and postcode. You’ll receive a quote before any payment is required. If shipping rates don’t appear for your postcode, you can still place your order—our team will be in touch shortly to confirm delivery costs before processing payment.
Please note: In remote or limited-access areas, delivery may be made to the nearest freight depot. We’ll let you know if this applies to your order, and provide the details for collection. Further information on Deliveries is available here.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or over-order. Each case will be assessed at The Tile Collective’s discretion. Please ensure you carefully measure and select your products before completing your purchase.
To be eligible for consideration, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or collection, include a minimum of 5 boxes, and meet all return conditions outlined in our full Refund Policy. A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns or refunds.
Special order items are not eligible for return or refund.
