Shipping 
We offer fast, reliable delivery across Australia, with rates starting from just $49. If your items are in stock, we’ll dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment. An additional 3-5 days lead time applies for order-in items.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your suburb and postcode. You’ll receive a quote before any payment is required. If shipping rates don’t appear for your postcode, you can still place your order—our team will be in touch shortly to confirm delivery costs before processing payment.

Please note: In remote or limited-access areas, delivery may be made to the nearest freight depot. We’ll let you know if this applies to your order, and provide the details for collection. Further information on Deliveries is available here.

Refunds & Exchanges
We encourage you to choose carefully, as we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been placed. To help you decide, we recommend ordering free samples before committing to a full purchase.

Change-of-mind exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products have not been installed or fixed to any surface and we still have stock of that product. A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges or refunds.

Tile Size
Tiles are listed using their nominal sizefor simplicity (e.g. 600x600mm). Actual dimensions may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer (e.g. 597x601mm). Please factor in these variations when planning grout joints or tile layouts, especially when combining different tile types or sizes.

Note: Floor tiles can vary by up to 0.75% and still be within the Australian Standard.

Batching
Colour, shade, texture, and size can vary between production batches. If you're placing an additional order to match existing tiles, please contact us at sales@thetilecollective.com to ensure batch consistency.

Samples
Final products may differ slightly from samples. Variations in colour, shade, texture, and pattern between production runs are expected and fall within industry manufacturing standards.
